I couldn’t understand why people are such a irksome in my eyes every now and then when people talks about a topic they will starts to talk with it. When I am talking about color lenses they talks about it, when I talk about tattoo/piercing they talks about it, or even when I talks about GYM, weight. When ever I do certain things I don’t understand why these people do not have their own idea of what to talk are they really lack of creativity? Is there something called coincidence? I do not believe in this at all if everything is so coincidences don’t tell me almost every thing I said before is being said again?
Seriously speaking I couldn’t stand anymore longer with such a person maybe because I am very bad mood these days. Hungry ghost festival also everything just burst out rawr!

Cooled Chamomile Tea Bags
Chamomile is known for its soothing and skin healing properties. A used chamomile teabag, cooled down, must be placed on the dark area. Leaving this treatment on for at least 20 minutes will help make dark circles under eyes disappear. You will even benefit more from this treatment if the area is moisturised afterwards.
Natural remedies are often just as effective as expensive face or eye creams. The effect will be the same if applied regularly but even thought dark circles eyes can even be hereditary, the diet and sleep pattern are usually to blame for this problem.

I believe other Border collie is fat too maybe except for Bolie for his age he is too fat, and also Ice told me that his friend’s from the Pet farm called telling me they come a Border collie hehe I am excited! Clean the whole house thrashing many things outside from the terrace while dear was changing the door bell battery at first I thought he was doing something outside the door and I was knocking hard on the handle: x until the whole door bell drop off that’s bad and thus he has to repair it all over again.
The email couldn’t seem to send out and received weird. When I look at the mirror I was keep mumbling saying damn my panda eyes getting bad from worst and dear said I maybe can use cucumber I did heard before it can somehow get rid of dark ring circle maybe I should give it a try and then go Fancl get the product for dark ring circle.
Guess after using the mask that he got for me my face even though is less tanned but, my dark ring circle is more obvious. Sob
When I was cleaning the house the dog were like so crazy throwing their toys everywhere I placed it in the living room basket in the end they took it all out and hide in the study room. Picking up one by one while the big sotong he was doing the laundry outside
Something is hidden in me how I wish I could drop it down here but well keep it to myself will do.

Just few more days is august yippy because I will be going back Singapore again! I starting to love Taiwan more and more because of the people there who is unlike most Singaporean or hongkies people who are so proud about themselves and they love to stare at people for nothing and compare everything from head to toes. But, Taiwan people are much more friendly and nicer at least I feel like I am home maybe because they speaks in hokkien and looks like my parents side. My cousins are Indonesian Chinese they do speaks in hokkien too. Wanting to bring mummy to Taiwan got to plan it. Save up more money!!
Anyway I have seen the new time table the 1st semester examination is on next year first week of January 2009. Pretty fast I should say got to study even harder no more playing haha going to sign up for my advance Japanese lesson because I almost forgotten what I had learnt before … especially the writing :x soon September and it will be my birthday

Sorry for such a verbose writes up as for today didn’t went to beach as dear said want to bring the doggies for a walk so did I.
We walked quite a long distance and sun was hot seen many tourist too. Dear got them a dog bottle as it will be convenient for us in future to bring them out.
Poor snoopy was hum hum by another big border collie at the pet shop poor girl haha while bolie he was very lethargic haha took a few picture of them as well.
I went to the wet market to get fish, prawn, pork meat and vegetable and such on our way home got those French bread and a slice of cake.
Yesterday found something from dear notebook UMMM!!!! Suspicious!! Tomorrow web camera chat with mummy =) telling her about the Taiwan trip and some goodies I have bought for them.
At times I am befogging by many things around me. hmm maybe that’s what human is about? Complicated human being complicated life and of course I dislike her derisive remarks on someone.
Today the drama was funny I burst out with laughter! I find the old lady is unreasonable towards her used to be daughter-in-law. Family political the show is about a rich family fighting for the branding of the Moon cake and even their grand children of 6 were in 3 have to be with a witch another 3 have to be with their own real mother.
The story is kind of complicated. Dear was saying September another Taiwan trip. That means I can get the things that I saw online directly from their wholesaler? And of course celebrate my birthday hehe

Received an email subject is How to Avoid Heat Exhaustion
Athletes are especially prone to heat illness such as heat stroke and heat exhaustion, especially if they are unfamiliar with the warning signs. Heat illness can be life threatening if not taken seriously. Most serious heat illness in athletes can be prevented by following these basic guidelines and heeding the warning signs and symptoms.
There are three major types of heat illness, each with specific symptoms and treatments.
Heat cramps are a type of heat injury that usually occurs after strenuous exercise or an outdoor activity. Symptoms of heat cramps are severe pain and cramps in the legs and abdomen, faintness or dizziness, weakness, and profuse sweating.
Heat exhaustion happens when one is exposed to heat for a prolonged period of time. The body may become overwhelmed by heat when its mechanism (sweating) for keeping cool breaks down. Symptoms of heat exhaustion include nausea, dizziness, weakness, headache, pale and moist skin, weak pulse, and disorientation.
Heat stroke, unlike heat exhaustion, strikes suddenly and with little warning. When the body's cooling system fails, the body's temperature rises quickly. Heat stroke can be life threatening. Signs of heat stroke include very high body temperature, hot, dry skin, and lack of sweating, fast pulse, confusion, and possible loss of consciousness.
Preventing Heat Illness
Know that once you are thirsty you probably a bit dehydrated.
Avoid intense exercise during the hottest time of day; train closer to sunrise or sunset.
Wear light, loose wicking clothing so sweat can evaporate. Better yet, invest in some clothes that wick, like Cool-Max.
Use a sunscreen to prevent sunburn which can limit the skin's ability to cool itself.
Wear a hat that provides shade and allows ventilation.
Stay Hydrated and drink plenty of liquids (16 to 20 ounces every hour).
If you feel your exercise performance is suffering, stop activity and try to cool off.
Do not drink alcohol or beverages with caffeine before exercise because they increase the rate of dehydration.
